The participating creator (the “Creator”) selects the total number of Tier 1 Twitch gift subscriptions to the Creator’s channel (“Gift Subs”) available under this offer (“Gift Sub Quantity”). While a box describing the offer is actively displayed next to the Creator’s follow button on the Creator’s channel page (“Offer Box”), a Gift Sub will be awarded to each of the first Gift Sub Quantity of eligible Twitch users who click the follow button on the Creator’s Twitch channel and remain following the Creator’s channel through the date and time listed in the Offer Box (“Offer Deadline”). For clarity, only the first users to follow the Creator’s channel up to the Gift Sub Quantity through the Offer Deadline will receive a Gift Sub; once the Gift Sub Quantity has been reached, no additional Gift Subs will be awarded. The Gift Sub Quantity will be displayed in the Offer Box alongside the Offer Deadline. Twitch will determine the order of eligible participants in its sole discretion based on its internal tracking systems, and such determination is final and binding.
Offer available to Twitch users who hold a valid Twitch account in good standing with a verified email address, who are not banned from the Creator’s channel, and who do not already follow or actively subscribe to the Creator’s channel. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Each user may participate in this offer once per Creator. Offer may not be resold, transferred, or assigned. Gift Subs are subject to the Twitch Terms of Sale and cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts.
Twitch reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this offer at any time and for any reason. This offer will be invalid if you violate any of these terms or the Twitch Terms of Service. This offer expires at the Offer Deadline or when all Gift Subs in the Gift Sub Quantity have been fulfilled, whichever occurs first.
