By participating in this promotion (“Promotion”), you (“Creator”) agree to the following terms and conditions.
Eligibility. This Promotion is available to creators who are part of the Twitch Monetized Streamer Program, hold a Twitch account in good standing, and have been invited or approved by Twitch to participate. Twitch reserves the right to approve or deny participation in its sole discretion.
How It Works. Twitch will provide Creator with a unique shareable link to Creator’s Twitch channel that is generated once upon clicking “Generate Unique Link” and is active for 7 days once it’s generated. Upon enrollment, Creator will enter the total number of Tier 1 gift subscriptions (“Gift Subs”) to be awarded under this Promotion (“Gift Sub Quantity”). Creator can publish a post on Creator’s social media account (“Creator Post”) that includes the unique shareable link and suggested post language. The first Gift Sub Quantity of eligible Twitch users who follow Creator’s Twitch channel before the offer deadline listed in the box describing the offer next to the Creator’s follow button on their Twitch channel (“Offer Deadline”) and remain following through the Offer Deadline will each receive a Gift Sub to Creator’s channel, provided by Twitch at no cost to Creator. The Gift Sub Quantity and Offer Deadline will be displayed in the offer box on Creator’s Twitch channel. The Promotion expires at the Offer Deadline or when all Gift Subs in the Gift Sub Quantity have been fulfilled, whichever occurs first.
Creator Post Requirements. The Creator Post must:
- Include the unique shareable link provided by Twitch if making a Creator Post.
- Accurately describe the Promotion and include any Terms and Conditions link for users in suggested post language provided by Twitch if making a Creator Post.
- Comply with the terms of service and community guidelines of the social media platform on which the Creator Post is published.
- Comply with Twitch’s Terms of Service.
- Include all disclosures required by applicable law, including applicable endorsement guidelines (e.g., appropriate disclosure indicating the material connection between Creator and Twitch, as applicable).
- Not contain any misleading, deceptive, or false claims about the Promotion, Twitch, or the Gift Subs.
Creator is solely responsible for the content of the Creator Post, subject to the requirements above. Twitch may provide suggested post language but is not required to do so.
Cost and Existing Agreement. Twitch will fund the Gift Subs awarded through this Promotion at no cost to Creator. Creator will not receive any program fees or subscription revenue that may be applicable to gift subscriptions under Creator’s existing agreement with Twitch, if any.
Timing. The unique shareable link provided by Twitch to Creator will only be active for 7 days after generating, and Creator should publish the Creator Post within this timeframe.
Termination. Twitch reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this Promotion at any time, or terminate Creator’s participation in this Promotion at any time, and for any reason, including if Creator breaches any of these terms or violates Twitch’s Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. Upon termination, Creator must promptly remove the Creator Post if directed by Twitch.
